Las Vegas union representatives have announced tentative contract agreements with Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, and Wynn Resorts, averting a strike. The five-year contracts include a 2.5-time wage increase, updated job safety regulations, protections against technological advancements, and a required $2,000 severance for every year worked. The agreements also feature a 'no strike' clause, allowing workers to picket and take action if necessary. The proposed contracts have been recommended to members, who have 10 days to accept or reject them. Union negotiations for approximately 10,000 members at other Las Vegas properties are ongoing.
