The community, located in the Chatham Park development, will feature over 4,000 residential units spread across 1,500 acres. It will offer a range of single- and multi-family homes, with designated sites for adults aged 55 and older. Amenities will include a recreation center, restaurant, sport courts, swimming pools, and more, all with Disney-inspired enrichment programming. The community is set to begin selling homes in 2027.
