Disney's Storyliving Unveils Asteria: A Magical Residential Community in North Carolina

Storyliving by Disney has announced plans for Asteria, a new residential community located in North Carolina. The community, inspired by the spirit of discovery, will encourage exploration of the region's natural beauty and lifelong learning. Situated in Chatham County, the community will feature over 4,000 residential units, including homes for 55+ adults, and will be part of the larger Chatham Park master-planned community. Amenities will include parks, walking and biking trails, a wellness and recreation center, and Disney-themed enrichment programming. Sales are anticipated to begin by 2027.
