Firefly Returns as Animated Series With All Cast
Nathan Fillion announced an animated Firefly series, Firefly: Still Flyin', in development with Collision33 and 20th Television, featuring all eight surviving cast members; Joss Whedon is not involved but has blessed it, with Marc Guggenheim and Tara Butters as showrunners and a script titled 'Athenia'; a distributor is being sought as the package heads to buyers; concept art from ShadowMachine was unveiled, and the series is set between Firefly and Serenity.
