'Neer' Vacation House: A Stunning Design by Janus Architects.

Janus Architects designed the 'Neer' Vacation House, inspired by the traditional living principle of ancestral houses where extended families gather on multiple occasions. The house floats on a plinth and is designed not to disturb nature. The whole house is elevated due to surface runoff, preventing frogs from entering inside. The choice of low-maintenance materials is carefully considered, and steel structures are mostly prefabricated. The outdoor/semi-outdoor space is placed on the south side, where the owners will spend most of their time.
