China's Secret Spy Base in Cuba Raises Concerns for US Diplomacy.
The United States has expressed concerns to Cuba about hosting Chinese spy operations on its territory, according to White House spokesperson John Kirby. China denied using Cuba as a spying base, and Blinken stated that U.S. actions since President Joe Biden took office had slowed down China's efforts to expand its presence overseas.
