Daylight Saving Time in 2024 will begin on March 10, when clocks in participating states will spring forward an hour, and will end on November 3. Despite efforts to end the time change permanently with the Sunshine Protection Act, there is no consensus in sight, and the bill has not been signed into law. Only Hawaii and parts of Arizona do not participate in daylight saving time, and the territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands also do not observe it.
