A man was arrested after attempting to rob a shoe store in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. The suspect entered the store, waited for customers to leave, and demanded money from the cashier. The cashier was able to call 911 discreetly, causing the suspect to flee. Security footage helped identify the suspect, who was later located and arrested. The man confessed to the attempted armed robbery and is now facing charges.
Aaron P. Bohmer, a former employee of District Five in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is facing multiple charges, including criminal sexual conduct, after a victim reported an ongoing sexual relationship that began when she was 10 years old. The crimes allegedly took place from January 2013 to August 2023. Bohmer turned himself in and is currently in custody at the Spartanburg County Detention Center. The school district confirmed Bohmer's employment in their technology department.
