The National Hurricane Center is monitoring two tropical disturbances. Invest 91-L, a tropical wave near the west coast of Africa, has a 70% chance of development over the next seven days. Another system in the southeastern Gulf of Mexico has a 10% chance of development. The NHC also mentions tracking Tropical Storm Philippe.
