SAR USA's SAR9 SOCOM Compact: Compact, Optics-Ready 9mm with Upgraded Trigger
Review of the SAR USA SAR9 SOCOM Compact, a compact 9mm striker-fired pistol built on Sarsılırmaz’s SAR9 platform, upgraded with a flat-faced aluminum trigger, Meprolight optic-height sights, an RMSc-ready optic cut, six vented front serrations, and a 4.7" threaded barrel; it uses a removable chassis with a three-piece grip and ships with two magazines and an optional mag-well extension. In testing it proved reliable with no malfunctions, delivered solid 25-yard groups, and feels like a versatile, optics-ready defensive pistol with MSRP $530.
