Etoro has partnered with Twitter to allow users to invest in cryptocurrencies and other assets, expanding the range of financial instruments available on the social media platform. Users can search for a ticker symbol and insert the dollar sign in front of it to access real-time data from Tradingview, with a newly added 'view on Etoro' button allowing them to trade the assets through its website. The move is seen as a step towards turning Twitter into a "super app" under the ownership of Elon Musk, offering a wide range of services from instant messaging to banking.
