Former Summerville Officer Denied Bond in Chick-fil-A Shooting Murder Case
Former Summerville Police officer Anthony DeLustro, 64, was denied bond on a murder charge for the shooting death of 39-year-old Michael O’Neal at a Chick-fil-A. Eyewitness accounts and warrant details reveal that DeLustro was the primary aggressor in the altercation and shot O’Neal as he attempted to leave the scene.
