Former Summerville Police officer Anthony DeLustro, 64, was denied bond on a murder charge for the shooting death of 39-year-old Michael O’Neal at a Chick-fil-A. Eyewitness accounts and warrant details reveal that DeLustro was the primary aggressor in the altercation and shot O’Neal as he attempted to leave the scene. DeLustro's plea for mercy was denied, and he will go before a Circuit Court judge. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division's investigation is ongoing.
