Pennsylvania State Police are in an active standoff with an individual barricaded in a residence in Wilkes-Barre. The Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) is on the scene and a negotiator is urging the individual to come out peacefully. The area is blocked off for public safety and the situation is ongoing.
