At least 14 people were injured when a man rammed a car onto a sidewalk and then began stabbing people near a subway station in Seongnam, South Korea. This is the country's second mass stabbing in a month. The suspect, a man in his 20s, was arrested at the scene, and authorities are currently questioning him. The motive behind the attack is still unknown. The head of the National Police Agency described the incident as "virtually an act of terrorism."
