Suspects Linked to Moscow Attack Detained in the Caucasus, Says Russian Security Agency

Russia's FSB has detained four suspects in Dagestan, alleging their involvement in providing weapons and funds to the gunmen who attacked a Moscow concert hall in March, killing 144 people.
