Quebec Remparts dominate Seattle Thunderbirds to win 2023 Memorial Cup.
The Quebec Remparts defeated the Seattle Thunderbirds 5-0 to win the 103rd Memorial Cup, marking the fourth consecutive Memorial Cup won by a QMJHL team. James Malatesta was named the tournament's MVP. There is speculation that this may be legendary goalie Patrick Roy's last season behind the Remparts bench. Three undrafted goalies, including Seattle's Thomas Milic, Quebec's William Rousseau, and Peterborough's Michael Simpson, made a case for themselves during the tournament.
