Tennessee Schools Plagued by Wave of Fake Active Shooter Threats
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating at least 14 hoax calls reporting an active shooter at several high schools in the state. None of the reports have proven credible and there is no known immediate threat to public safety at this time. The calls were computer-generated and the authorities are working to determine the source of the hoax calls.
