Calls for Safety Overhaul at Spa Following Fatal Crash

Lance Stroll, Aston Martin driver, has called for changes to be made to Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps circuit following the fatal crash of Dutch racer Dilano van 't Hoff during a wet Formula Regional European Championship race.
