
Sega Acquires Rovio Entertainment, Maker of Angry Birds, for $776M
Sega has agreed to acquire Rovio Entertainment, the creator of Angry Birds, for €706 million ($776 million). The deal is expected to close between July and September, subject to regulatory approval.
