Efron, known for his role in "Baywatch," displayed a deep tan and a defined six-pack while sunbathing on the deck of the yacht. He later rode a Jet Ski wearing a black life jacket and yellow visor sunglasses. This comes after Efron's beefed-up appearance on the set of his upcoming wrestling film "The Iron Claw," where he portrays former pro wrestler Kevin Von Erich.
