Health Inspectors Find Repeat Violations at Phoenix Restaurants
Health inspectors in San Antonio had to make repeat visits to several local restaurants that had numerous health code violations in May. Violations included the presence of roaches, improper food storage, unsanitary conditions, and equipment issues. Some restaurants were given re-inspections and deadlines to correct the violations. On the other hand, several establishments received high scores on their inspections.
