Coleman Intervenes at Richardson’s Florida Traffic Stop, Faces Charges
U.S. Olympic sprinter Christian Coleman was arrested in Florida after confronting police at Sha’Carri Richardson’s speeding traffic stop, and he’s charged with resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia after a glass pipe was found in his car. Richardson was cited for dangerous excessive speeding (over 100 mph). Fellow sprinter Twanisha Terry was cited for stopping on a limited highway. Coleman posted a $1,000 bond with an arraignment set for Feb. 26; Richardson’s bond was $500 with an arraignment Feb. 25.
