Annual passholders will still need to make reservations for most visits, but Disney plans to introduce "good-to-go days" that won't require park reservations. The changes are part of Disney's strategy to reduce friction points for guests and improve the customer experience. The company is also looking to address concerns with its Genie and Genie+ itinerary programs.
