Disney World removes reservation requirements and brings back dining plans in 2024.

Disney World in Florida is removing theme park reservation requirements for its date-based tickets starting Jan. 9, 2024, and bringing back dining plans for resort hotel guests. Annual passholders will still need to make reservations for most visits, but Disney plans to introduce "good-to-go days" that won't require park reservations. The changes are part of Disney's strategy to reduce friction points for guests and improve the customer experience. The company is also looking to address concerns with its Genie and Genie+ itinerary programs.
