"Ex-Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Silent on Impeachment Inquiry Participants"
Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser refused to disclose the names of the other two former justices who are reviewing the possible impeachment of current Justice Janet Protasiewicz. Prosser called the lawsuit alleging violations of the state open meetings law "frivolous" and stated that the group met once but operates independently and not as a governmental body. The liberal watchdog group American Oversight sued, claiming that the group of justices violated the open meetings law by not allowing the public to attend their meetings. The judge has set a hearing for October 19 to further investigate the matter.
