Audio recordings obtained by the Associated Press reveal how the Mormon church, officially known as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, employs a risk management playbook to keep child sexual abuse cases secret. The society recorded hundreds of shows, but only about a dozen had been released commercially until now. The newly-released records are a tribute to the history of the Famous Ballroom and the Left Bank Jazz Society, as well as the artists themselves.
