
Seahawks’ Jaxon Smith-Njigba Named NFL Offensive Player of the Year
Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was named NFL Offensive Player of the Year after a historic season, leading the league with 1,793 receiving yards on 119 catches with 10 touchdowns for a 14–3 Seattle squad; he earned 14 of 50 first‑place votes (272 points) and became the Seahawks’ second player to lead the league in receiving (joining Steve Largent), while adding unanimous All-Pro honors as finalists McCaffrey, Nacua, Robinson, and Maye trailed in the voting.
