Severe flooding hits Sandoval and Jemez Springs in New Mexico.
The Sandoval County Commission declared an emergency in the Jemez corridor area due to severe flooding caused by rapidly melting snow. The river levels have risen quickly on the Jemez between the Jemez Pueblo and Jemez Springs, impacting the wastewater plant in the area.
