Grand Canyon Upsets No. 25 San Diego State in Thrilling Game
Grand Canyon University's men's basketball team, led by Ray Harrison's 23 points, secured their first-ever victory over a ranked opponent by defeating No. 25 San Diego State 79-73. The win was celebrated by the enthusiastic GCU student section known as the "Havocs." Despite a late surge from San Diego State, Grand Canyon's strong defense and offensive outburst in the second half propelled them to victory. The Antelopes, now 7-1, are off to their best start since joining Division I in 2013-14 and may receive consideration for the AP Top 25 rankings.
