Daniel Donnelly Jr., a St. Louis Cardinals mega-fan known as "Rally Runner," has been arrested for his involvement in the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. Donnelly, wearing red face paint and a "Keep America Great" hat, allegedly used a stolen shield to assist other rioters in attacking police officers. He was featured on Tucker Carlson's show, where conspiracy theories were promoted. Donnelly admitted to taking a police shield and pushing law enforcement officers during the attack.
