Dilbert creator Scott Adams dies at 68 after cancer battle
Scott Adams, the Dilbert cartoonist and conservative commentator, has died at 68 after an aggressive prostate cancer spread to his bones. His ex-wife announced the death in a YouTube livestream, sharing a farewell message Adams wrote. Adams had publicized his cancer in 2024 and previously sparked major backlash in 2023 over racist remarks that led many newspapers to drop Dilbert. He was married twice and leaves no biological children.
