Zack Snyder's 'Rebel Moon' R-Rated Cut: A Different Movie Experience
Director Zack Snyder has described the upcoming R-rated cut of his sci-fi action epic, Rebel Moon, as feeling "almost like a different movie." Snyder explained that the R-rated version exists as a response to demands made during the theatrical release, and although he always wanted it to be rated R, the scale and cost of the film made it more responsible to release a PG-13 version. Rebel Moon follows a young woman named Kora who is sent to seek out warriors from nearby planets to help defend a peaceful colony from a tyrannical regent. The film, directed by Snyder, will be released on Netflix.
