Gunmen Kill 10 in Deadly Bar Shooting in Queretaro, Mexico
Ten people were killed and at least seven injured when four gunmen opened fire in a bar in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. The attackers arrived in a pickup truck, stormed the Los Cantaritos bar, and fired indiscriminately before fleeing. The vehicle was later found abandoned and on fire, and one suspect has been detained. Querétaro Governor Mauricio Kuri condemned the attack and promised justice, as the motive remains unclear. Querétaro is generally considered safer than surrounding areas often plagued by cartel violence.
