Homme was awarded sole legal custody of their three children in March 2022, and a permanent restraining order was recently granted against Dalle. Allegations made against Homme by his children were found to be forgeries, and the Homme family is grateful for the support of the Los Angeles County Courts, minor's counsel, local law enforcement, DCFS, and court-ordered monitors.
