Sony debuts two minimalist, fully automatic Bluetooth turntables
Sony has launched two minimalist, fully automatic Bluetooth turntables—PS-LX3BT and PS-LX5BT—each with a built‑in phono stage and three‑level gain. They share a user‑friendly design with a switchable 7in/12in tonearm and 33/45rpm speeds; the LX3BT uses a captive output cable, while the LX5BT adds a dedicated output and an upgraded MM cartridge. Both support aptX Adaptive for high‑quality wireless listening and are priced around £299 for the LX3BT and £399 for the LX5BT.
