Tupac Shakur will receive a posthumous honor on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with the event set to take place on June 7. West Coast radio host Big Boy will MC the event, while Tupac's sister Sekyiwa Shakur will accept the star on his behalf. The late rapper's legacy has continued to grow since his death in 1996, with over 75 million records sold and his life being studied in classrooms and colleges nationwide. Tupac's star will be the 2,758th on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, following fellow rappers Nipsey Hussle, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and Dr. Dre.
