The parents cited the Tennessee Crime Victims' Bill of Rights, which says victims "have the right to be free from harassment, intimidation, and abuse throughout the criminal justice system." A "show cause" hearing is scheduled for June 8 for attorneys on both sides of the issue to make arguments.
