Several government offices in the Capital Region, including those in the City of Baker, East Baton Rouge Parish, and Pointe Coupee Parish, have announced closures or delayed openings on Wednesday, April 10, due to the forecasted severe weather. This includes the closure of Baton Rouge City Court, all City-Parish buildings, the East Baton Rouge Parish Juvenile Court, and the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s Office. Pointe Coupee Parish Offices will have a delayed opening at 10 a.m. due to the weather.
