A fan has released the WipeOut Phantom Edition, a remastered version of the classic racing game for PC. The remaster brings the PC release in line with the beloved PlayStation version, using the original source code. It features improved graphics, sound effects, and modern elements, including uncapped framerate, high resolutions, and widescreen support. However, users will need the original files from the US release of WipeOut on PlayStation to install the Phantom Edition.
