Montgomery County Woman Pleads Guilty in Fatal I-95 Crash Involving Troopers and Pedestrian

Jayana Webb, a Montgomery County woman, has pleaded guilty to three counts of 3rd Degree Murder, three counts of Homicide by Vehicle while Driving Under the Influence, and one count of Driving Under the Influence for a crash on I-95 that killed two Pennsylvania state troopers and a pedestrian. Webb will serve between 27.5 and 60 years in prison. The crash occurred when Webb, driving at a high speed of 110 mph and with a blood alcohol concentration of .211%, struck and killed the troopers and the pedestrian who they were assisting. The guilty plea avoids a jury trial and provides closure for the families involved.

Jayana Webb pleaded guilty to three counts of 3rd-degree murder and driving under the influence for the deaths of Pennsylvania State Troopers Branden Sisca and Martin Mack, as well as the man they were assisting.
