
Jayana Webb pleads guilty in fatal drunk driving crash that killed 2 state troopers and pedestrian
Jayana Webb pleaded guilty to three counts of 3rd-degree murder and driving under the influence for the deaths of Pennsylvania State Troopers Branden Sisca and Martin Mack, as well as the man they were assisting. Webb, who was under the influence of alcohol at the time, struck and killed all three men on I-95 in South Philadelphia. She was sentenced to 27½ to 60 years in prison, avoiding a trial.
