
Tragic Loss: Ukrainian Writer Victoria Amelina Killed in Kramatorsk Strike
Ukrainian writer Victoria Amelina, known for her novels and children's literature, died from injuries sustained during a Russian strike on a restaurant in eastern Ukraine. She was dining with a group of Colombian writers and journalists when the attack occurred. Amelina's death brings the total number of fatalities from the attack to 13, with dozens wounded.
