U.S. News releases annual ranking of top children's hospitals, causing controversy and changes in rankings.
Boston Children's Hospital has been bumped to No. 2 on the latest edition of the annual ranking of the best hospitals for children in the country by U.S. News & World Report, after 9 years atop the list. Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center moved into the top spot this year. The hospital rankings are based on data collected through surveys sent to nearly 200 hospitals and thousands of doctors nationwide.
