Windows 11 introduces self-healing 'quick machine recovery' feature
Microsoft is testing a new feature called Quick Machine Recovery (QMR) in Windows 11 preview builds, designed to automatically troubleshoot and repair PCs that fail to start by leveraging Windows Recovery Environment and remote fixes, aiming to improve resilience and reduce manual repair efforts, with broader rollout expected in the Windows 11 25H2 update later in 2025.
