Beloved Actor Paxton Whitehead Passes Away at 85.
Paxton Whitehead, a British-born actor known for his comedic roles in film, television, and theater, has died at the age of 85. Whitehead's career spanned over five decades, during which he received a Tony Award nomination for his role in "Camelot" and played haughty characters in popular sitcoms such as "Friends" and "Frasier." He was also the artistic director of the annual Shaw Festival in Ontario from 1967 to 1977. Whitehead's daughter confirmed that he had health complications after a fall.
