"Los Cocos House: A Stunning Architectural Masterpiece by Ludwig Godefroy"

Ludwig Godefroy Architecture has designed a house in Los Cocos, Mexico, inspired by pre-Hispanic architecture. The project features a series of fragmented pavilions organized around a body of water and a swimming pool. The narrow proportion of the land creates a strong vanishing point effect, which is emphasized by water guiding throughout the entire house. The design seeks a strong sense of interiority in the exterior, with a central living pavilion floating above a garden. The house is structured around its negative empty space, creating a central open agora that connects all private spaces together. The design embraces simplicity and uses solid materials such as concrete, wood, and stone.

BASIL architecture designs innovative House WADD.

BASIL architecture has designed an extension for a house in Aalter, Flanders, as a pavilion connected to the existing house. The new section has light-rich spaces, nestled in the green character of the surrounding garden and vast landscape. The extension is designed to underscore the pavilion feel, splitting the walkways into an indoor and outdoor course created by airy canopies acting as sunshades and covered terrace areas. The main structure consists of a few concrete slabs on which the zigzag plan is projected. The façade finish is a secondary visible aluminum structure supplemented by perforated panels.
