A couple from Western Australia, Leon and Danielle Green, have tragically lost their second child, 18-month-old Airlie, to a rare genetic mutation, PPA2, which also claimed the life of their first child, Sonny, at nine months old. Despite gaining more knowledge about the condition after Sonny's death, they were unable to save Airlie, who succumbed to a cardiac arrest triggered by a viral infection.
