WB Unveils 2026–27 Release Slate Highlighted by The Great Beyond and Conjuring Prequel
Warner Bros. has announced its 2026–27 film slate, led by J.J. Abrams’ The Great Beyond opening in IMAX on Nov. 13, 2026 (starring Glen Powell and Jenna Ortega). The rest of the lineup for 2027 includes Panic Carefully on Feb. 26, Shiver on Aug. 13, and The Conjuring: First Communion on Sept. 10; Panic Carefully features a high-profile ensemble and Esmail as writer, Shiver is described as a Caribbean-set time-loop thriller starring Keanu Reeves, and First Communion is a Conjuring prequel from Rodrigue Huart. The slate positions Warner Bros. against Universal’s CoComelon Movie.
