Record-breaking Dubai penthouse sale sets new price benchmark at $136 million
A yet-to-be-built penthouse in Dubai has sold for a record-breaking $136 million, making it one of the most expensive properties in the world. The five-bedroom penthouse, located on the exclusive Palm Jumeirah, is part of the Como Residences development and is expected to be completed by late 2027. The penthouse features a 360-degree sky pool and offers stunning views of the Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Marina. The buyer, who remains anonymous, is said to be from Eastern Europe. This sale surpasses the previous record set a few months ago for a penthouse in Dubai.
